Pullorum disease is an important bacterial disease of Fowl, caused by Salmonella
Pullorum which is worldwide distributed including Bangladesh and the transmisson of
this disease through horizontal and vertical. lt occur mostly 0-3 weeks of age . Causal agent: Salmonella Pullorum
Clinical signs:
Acutely affected birds show depression. respiratory distress, anorexia. white visccous dropping (Diarrhoea) that adhere to the farmers around to the vent, finally dehydration and death up tp 100% Lameness and swollen hock jont may be seen in grown birds and result in poor growth rates
Lesions:
Unabsorbed yolk aac White small discrete necrotic foci are often found in liver lungs & myocardium. Orange or lemon color gelatinous material may be found in joint.
Treatment:
Doxtin - Vet power - 1 gm/liter water for 3-5 consecutive days Liva - Vit /Digestim - 1 ml/liter water twice for 3 days E - Sel - 1 ml/2 liter water twice for 3 days Or , as directed by the Registed Vterinry Physician....

ক্লিনিকাল লক্ষণ:
তীব্রভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পাখি হতাশা দেখায়। শ্বাসকষ্ট, অ্যানোরেক্সিয়া। সাদা ভিস্কাস ড্রপিং (ডায়রিয়া) যা প্রায় কৃষকদের মজাদার কাছাকাছি চলে, অবশেষে ডিহাইড্রেশন এবং মৃত্যুর tp ১০০% লম্বাতা এবং ফোলা হক জন্ট বেড়ে উঠা পাখিতে দেখা যায় এবং ফলন হ্রাস পায় না
ক্ষত:
আনবসর্বারড ইয়র্ক এ্যাক হোয়াইট ছোট ডিक्रিটেড নেক্রোটিক ফোকি প্রায়শই লিভারের ফুসফুস এবং মায়োকার্ডিয়ামে পাওয়া যায়। কমলা বা লেবু রঙের জেলিটিনাস উপাদানগুলি যৌথভাবে পাওয়া যেতে পারে।
চিকিত্সা:
ডক্সটিন - ভেট শক্তি - একটানা 3-5 দিনের জন্য 1 গ্রাম / লিটার জল লিভা - ভিট / ডাইজেস্টিম - 1 মিলি / লিটার জল 3 দিনের জন্য দু'বার E - সেল - 1 মিলি / 2 লিটার জল 3 দিনের জন্য দু'বার বা নির্দেশ অনুসারে নিবন্ধিত ভেটেরিনারী চিকিত্সক ....
