এ সময়ে দোকান, পাইকারি ও খুচরা পণ্য অনলাইনের মাধ্যমে কেনাবেচা করতে পারবে। সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সর্বাবস্থায় কর্মচারীদের মধ্যে আবশ্যিক স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলতে হবে এবং কোনো ক্রেতা সশরীরে দোকানে যেতে পারবেন না বলে প্রজ্ঞাপনে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
প্রজ্ঞাপনে আরও বলা হয়েছে, আইনশৃঙ্খলা এবং জরুরি পরিষেবা, যেমন- ত্রাণ বিতরণ, স্বাস্থ্য সেবা, বিদ্যুৎ, পানি, গ্যাস ও জ্বালানি, ফায়ার সার্ভিস, বন্দরসমূহের (স্থলবন্দর, নদীবন্দর ও সমুদ্রবন্দর) কার্যক্রম, টেলিফোন ও ইন্টারনেট, ডাক সেবাসহ অন্যান্য জরুরি ও অত্যাবশ্যকীয় পণ্য ও সেবার সঙ্গে সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিসসমূহ, তাদের কর্মচারী ও যানবাহন এ নিষেধাজ্ঞার আওতাবহির্ভূত থাকবে।
লকডাউন সংক্রান্ত প্রস্তাবে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর অনুমোদনের পর মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ আজ রোববার এই প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করে।
এতে আরও উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, সব গণপরিবহন (সড়ক, নৌ, রেল ও অভ্যন্তরীণ ফ্লাইট) বন্ধ থাকবে। তবে পণ্য পরিবহন, উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থা, জরুরি সেবাদানের ক্ষেত্রে এই আদেশ প্রযোজ্য হবে না। এ ছাড়া, বিদেশগামী ও বিদেশফেরত ব্যক্তিদের ক্ষেত্রে এই নিষেধাজ্ঞা কার্যকর হবে না।
